How do I confirm my reservation? 

Fill in the form provided and the owner will contact you with lease and/or deposit information.  You will then place your reservation directly with the owner.

How do I contact the owner directly?

After requesting a reservation from the owner, he/she will then contact you directly and issue you his/her contact information

How do I make a change to my reservation?

You may contact the owner directly using the information that will be provided to you and be able to amend your reservation as needed.

How do I cancel a reservation?

You may contact the owner directly using the information that will be provided to you and be able to cancel your reservation accordingly.

What deposit is required in order to confirm a reservation?

The required deposits will vary from owner to owner.  Typically, a deposit is equal to the first night’s stay and is required to confirm the reservation.  You will then have a schedule of payments to be made prior to the arrival date.   

How can I check availability?

A list of sold out dates is shown on each rental property's detail page. If a date or date range is not listed it should be considered available.


How do I calculate my total charges?

All fees are disclosed before you make your reservation.  Fees may include but are not limited to sales/resort tax, usually 7% to 18%, additional housekeeping fees, room safe charges, telephone charges, parking, etc.

What do I need to bring with me?

Supplies differ depending on the property.  It is best to consult the owner directly for the most accurate advice.
